It looks fine and the contrasts are clear even though the grain of the wood is in the same direction as the movement of the laser.

Anyone up for bambuseae soup and tators?

I know it’s a pain to work with and get rid of if it’s growing in your yard…
Got to play with a lot of it as it over ran an area of my yard.
It’s one of the most varied natural material I’ve ever tried to lase.
Well for what its worth, in the UK bamboo is sold and known as wood. I buy bamboo place mats and coasters from numerous outlets.
