Just calibrated and X and Y lasered lengths are different on JPT Galvo

I hav just Callibrated my JPT galvo laser 30W, and have etched coins previously using depthmaps, but just realised that the Y set to 37mm and X set to 37mm circle or square , when lasered on a plate turn out to be Y 38.5mm and the X being 37mm so it is not round or square!. What have I missed in the calibration of the machine? On LightBurn 1.7.06
