my email is [redacted] , I can’t connect my Longer Ray5 to lightburn , when I try to connect my Longer Ray5 in the box shows Port Failed to open - already in use . How can I fix this problem? can very thing be reset , this there some how I can fine out should be turn on and what should be turn off and the right numbers for all the settings ? I know am not the only having this problem . I wish there was a video about Longer (beginner Mode) lLightburn my might not have so much problem. Thank you Ruth Joles

This usually means you have another app. open that is using that port. Such as the manufactures supplied app.

how do I check to see another app is open ?

Am working on my laptop , so if you shut down and turn it back on , your laptop that same as restarting your computer right ?
