Bonjour a tous, je suis nouveau et débutant, cela fait 15 jours que je cherche et ne trouve pas la solution.
J’ai une laser K40 avec Mini Gerbil 3, et des fin des course avec bande
Le problème et que rien ne bouge aucun déplacement, toujours alarm 8 ou 9
j’ai testé mes fin de course avec ? il fonctionne.
lorsque je lance LightBurn il me donne ceci

Your machine is in alarm state. Likely because it could not finish homing. Does your machine attempt to home at first start?

“Pn:XY” indicates that your limit switches are activated.

How are you limit switches wired?

You could try to invert the limit switches by changing $5 ($5=0).

Shouldn’t $32 be 1 to enable laser mode?

All 3 of these values are odd.

Typically this would be:

$30=1000
$31=0
$32=1

I see no good reason to have $31=1

toujours rien, j’ai remis mon ancienne carte et la tout fonctionne, donc aucune panne matériel.

The error 9 is a failure to home.

The switches are not working or they are in the wrong place. You have the ‘homing back off’ at 4mm which is more than enough.

Ether your switches are not working properly or they have a wiring issue.

Did you install the limit switches?

Does the machine go towards the limit switches when it’s powered up?

You need to check how your switches are connected, if they are no or nc and how it’s configured with your controller.

Sorry but I don’t know much about your controller, but I doubt it’s hardware…

I’m not sure if this is relevant, but I had a similar issue. I had to disconnect my usb from my computer to resolve it. When the laser is powered off, the MG3 was still drawing power from the usb, and remembered the fault. Disconnecting the usb cleared it, and I could go again.

Agreed, switches are Normally Open or Normally Closed. The acronym, abbreviation or short-hand may not go through a translator effectively.

If the switches are normally engaged they are wired or configured incorrectly.
If the switches fail to engage (change state) there may be a problem with placement, or wiring.

Le problème est résolu, le problème venait de la carte qui est défectueuse.
j’ai contacté AwesomeTech et me remplace la carte défectueuse.
