I am having issues with light burn connecting to the gerbil shield. It will connect for 10 seconds, and run the up and down and right and left jog arrows. Then the software disconnects, they are telling me that there are bad grounds on the ground on gerbil shield. But I take off their shield and I put in a G shield, And use the same driver on the computer, I have no issues whatsoever with the software connecting and disconnecting.
It is not Lightburn software it is a different software. The only reason why I am asking for help is because I want another perspective view of what’s going on. If you can help me great if not, that’s life.
It does sound like a hardware related concern, yes. Bad grounding is indeed a concern with the K40’s and board stability.
