K40 not firing with LB but ok with test button

I’ve got a K40 with the “standard” power supply with 4 green connectors on the left, 6 in the middle and 4 on the right. I’m running with a mini gerbil v2 card. All was good then it just stopped firing the laser. Thought there was an issue with my tube but it fires when I press the test button on the power supply.

I looked at another post with a similar issue and checked what I think is the ground (middle connector block leftmost pin) and the low level (middle connector block, third pin in from the left) and it goes to 0v on the multimeter when I run a job in LB but no actual firing of the laser.

Any suggestions?

Do you have a test button also on the front panel? If so, what happens if you press that?

Can you take a clear photo of this showing the markings on the LPS. Annotate specifically what you tested.

What is it prior to running the job?

Had anything changed in terms of hardware or software since it last worked?

Is there anything unusual about your laser in terms of accessories or upgrades?

Please provide a wiring diagram or some high quality photos of how the machine is wired.
