Im having a issue with me k40 skipping and overwriting on graphics i have on screen. I just upgraded to a vms Lx2b board and we went through all the steps to correct the issue but im atill getting the skipping and error. Im using a older lenovo thinkpad laptop. With the original board it seemed to function correctly but i wanted to use lightburn so i upgraded and now it’s having issues
That sort of G-Code format error seems to be caused by selecting the wrong device type. Unless you have a compelling reason to do otherwise (like, for example, actual documentation!), select plain old GRBL rather than GRBL-M3 or GRBL-LPC or whatever:
If that doesn’t fix it, report back and other folks will suggest other, somewhat less obvious, tweakage.
