Irgendwas stimmt mit meinem Neje Master S2 Max nicht. ich habe mir schon alle Youtube Videos angeschaut die ich finden konnte. Die Lightburn Einstellungen gelöscht den Laser 10 neu angelernt. Bis jetzt hat nichts geholfen.

Der Laser fährt in die Home Position. Wenn ich das Feld bewegen benutzen, den Laser hoch, runter links und rechts fahren lasse funktioniert das auch, er zeigt mir auch auf dem Arbeitsfeld an wo er ist und das stimmt auch.

Sobald ich ihm aber irgendetwas machen lassen will fährt er nach oben gegen die Y Achse.

Die Konsole zeigt ALARM: 1

Harte Grenze ausgelöst. Die Maschinenposition geht wahrscheinlich durch plötzliches und sofortiges Anhalten verloren. Die Rückkehr zur Ausgangsposition wird dringend empfohlen.

Let me ask some followup questions to make sure I understand the situation.

  1. Can you confirm which corner the machine homes to?
  2. Have you made any GRBL configuration changes?
  3. What coordinate system are you using in the Start From: selection in Laser window?

  2. Take a full screenshot of LightBurn

For the 3rd question it’s now covered from the screenshot. You are using Absolute Coordinates which I wanted to confirm.

Looks like you have an offset configured. I don’t think this is supposed to be there.

Run this in Console:

G10 L2 P1 X0 Y0

Retest and report results.

Great. I’m not sure how that’s getting set like that. Did you use LaserGRBL earlier and press the globe button? I’ve heard that might create an offset.

ich habe keine ahnung könnte sein das ich bei LaserGRBL irgendwas falsch gemacht habe. Viele lieben Danke =)
