Kentok laser machine cutting issues

Hi!

I have a Kentok LE400PRO Laser machine and I hadn’t use it for a few months. And now I have issues with the laser: is not cutting anymore, it’s only burning the surface.

As material I’m using the same one as a few month ago: Wooden Board 3.0 mm

Settings:
Power : 100%
Speed: 110
Times: 3
(before I could cut the wooden board with the pozer at 80% and 3 passes)

Remove the laser and ensure the lens is perfectly clean, undamaged, and unobstructed, then replace and confirm focus.
