My access to my license portal is not working and neither is the forgotten password, yet my login and password are correct.
The Software Licence and License Portal login are connected to the email address used for the purchase.
Please use the email address associated with the purchase in the License Portal if you use a different email address for the forum sign in.
Occasionally, the Forgot Password - Password Recovery email gets incorrectly caught in a spam filter. It’s good to check this as well.
