the laser will not connect to lightburn. when I do the setup nothing happens what to do?? I am not a computer type person. need somebody to help me out thanks
The most common reason this doesn’t work is not installing the driver. If you re-run the LightBurn installer, there’s a check box at the end for the FTDI driver that is used by a number of DSP controllers, including the Ruida in your laser. Check that box and it will likely fix the issue for you.
