Good day, I am desperate to work on my Laser but unable to activate license on new LAPTOP as I get message about LOADED ON MAXIMUM number of machines. I have installed software but unable to use my loaded Lightburn software. PLEASE HELP

Use the license portal link on the top of the screen, sign in and deactivate the license for the stolen machine.

As mentioned use the portal, or please email support including details of your purchase or your license key and we can reset it.
