Large enclosure

I have an Atomstack X30 Pro with a 850mm Y axis - 800mm X axis. I’m looking for an enclosure I can buy, big enough to accommodate this size. Anyone?

Budget and constraints?

If you can flex on enclosed volume and put up with certain irritations, a portable grow tent would be a cheap option.

If you have a sizable budget (more than laser cost, I’d imagine) and need it to be a specific size, https://clearviewplastic.com/ can make you something.

There may be other “ready to assemble” options but I’ve not really looked for anything that big in BOTH X & Y.

If you can cut wood and bolt things together, it may ultimately be cheaper to use 2020 extrusion and wood panels.

Hi.

That’s probably the most economical way to get a fixed wall enclosure, even if You have to outsource the cutting of the extrusions and/or the panels for example.

Or, if You want something sturdier, using aluminium extrusions and other hardware intended for ATA cases will produce an enclosure that can be “easily” transported from place to place if needed.
Easily in quotes because the combined weight of the enclosure and the machine tends to increase rather rapidly as the dimensions and rigidity increases.

Sam

Thanks for the response. I see that the Ikier 48 W max combo has an enclosure, but I don’t see them selling the combo enclosure by itself.
