Hi, I recently bought a Sculpfun s30 pro and everything worked fine until 2 days ago now, every time I turn the laser on also the air assist turns on and it’s impossible to turn it off, I already tried to use the software option to do it and also the manual command M9 and I also tried resetting the firmware but nothing works, just if I plug away the air assist cable it turns off but as son as I plug it in again it turns on again.

Sounds like a pump problem.
I think the mainboard might be broken then. If you don’t find any possibility to turn the port off via software, it seems to be a hardware issue.
The blue LED next to the air assist port is constantly on?
I’m new to the laser so I don’t understand which led you are talking about, but I see a blue light coming from the box in the front. I did some pictures
Agree with @misken that it sounds like a controller.
If it’s new, contact the vendor. Usually takes 24 hours each way, so the sooner the better. This is an assumption that you didn’t purchase it a year ago..

It should be the blue light that you see there. It’s an LED next to the port labled “air assist” on the mainboard. You can see it when you remove the cover of the box.
I also suggest sending a failure report to Sculpfun, they will give you instructions on how to go on with a mainboard replacement.
