Laser bed (Z-Axis) will not go up

I have a Laser bed Toughcut TCL50-3050 C02 Machine. All of a sudden, the laser bed will not go up when I press the Z up button. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Is the Z axis controllable through the machine’s display / keyboard?

If it does not respond directly to the controller, then LightBurn isn’t involved and the problem is inside the machine.

Let us know what you’ve tried and what happened, so we can make better suggestions.

It doesn’t work on the keyboard so I’ll contact the machine people. Thank you for your reply
