Does the error happen “On or near Line 81” every time with this file?
In the Console window in LightBurn please request the device information and Machine settings reports by typing the following:
$i
$$
pressing enter after each request.
Please Copy and Paste them into a reply here.
Then click File, and Save G-code.
Open the GCode file and delete everything after the 100th line.
This should leave me with the file header and the mysterious error near line 81.
The error message is generated by the engraver and communicated back to LightBurn. LightBurn appears to have sent an invalid code to the engraver. LightBurn is quite robust when it comes to generating and sending GCode. I am expecting to see a mismatch between the Engraver and the Device profile or code sent for a feature that is unsupported on your engraver.
A common mismatch is GCode Clustering being enabled for engravers that do not support it. Please also confirm the state of this switch in Device Settings. If it is on and green it may be responsible for generating code that is unsupported by your engraver.
I would appreciate the test data before making any adjustments.
