Laser burning bigger than dimensioned shape

Hey everyone,
So an issue started last night where scaling seems to be off from LightBurn to my Ortur Laser Master 2.
For instance, when I draw a 4"x4" square in LightBurn, my laser burns it at about 4.25"x4.25".

Please help! I haven’t been able to find much on this issue.

Has anything changed recently? Did you recently use a rotary or change any configuration parameters?

I did use a rotary, but I have all settings saved for normal engraving or rotary use.

Can you issue $$ in console and return here? This is likely something config related.

Have you actively compared your saved settings to the current reloaded settings?

It starts working correctly out of nowhere. didn’t change anything. fresh spoil board and burned same squares but now they are correct.

That’s good… but not comforting. Let’s hope it holds up.
