Hey new to this but my laser was working fine and then it’s now saying my laser is disconnected, it is connected using USB, then I tried the Ethernet cable and IP address - still no luck
I have people waiting on things and can’t use my machine grrrr
What is wrong with this and how can I fix this ASAP
If you power the laser first, then run LightBurn, it should work. If that doesn’t, try right-clicking the ‘Devices’ button in LightBurn to get it to reconnect. The next release shouldn’t need you to do that any more.
