Hello! I have Gweikei 1 10W and the software is not seeing it. The first Gweikei laser I purchased was not working correctly so I had to replace. Now that I have the replacement the software is not seeing it. I have uninstalled the software and went back through the whole setup process. I have checked all cable connects and rebooted the computer and laser. Nothing has changed. What do you suggest?
