I would like to laser cut this image out of baltic birch plywood. I would like the white parts of the image to be cutout with only the black parts remaining.
How can this be done?
Questions:
- is that a vector or raster image?
- What happens with the white background?
Your best bet would be to trace the image with LightBurn’s Trace tool (assuming it’s a bitmap, or pixel-based, image)
I did that quickly and got this output. The higher the resolution you have the better the results will be.

@Colin’s got you covered. His trace looks to do the job. At a quick glance I think it will do what you’re looking for.
