Hi everyone,
My laser was working fine but yesterday, it cut the shape in half like in the picture. I tried it a couple of times and each time it gave me the same issue- it just started. Can someone please help me?

It works fine if I send the job separately, but if I send the job together, like fill then cut, it cuts like the picture. Also, in the preview, everything looks fine
From others with this issue, it seems to be a firmware problem. I don’t think it has been resolved.
