"Laser cutter" in other languages?

A silly question, but we do have a multi-lingual group here:
What’s the German word for laser cutter? “Laserschneider”? How about in Spanish?

(This came up in my Senior Center German class today.)

Yes. But we are very keen on adopting english words, so wie mostly also use “Laser Cutter” as the main word for it. Lasersystem, Lasermaschine, Lasergravierer are similar terms. But I guess most people understand Laserschneider / Laserschneidemaschine or Laser Cutter best.

In Portuguese, I usually see “cortadora a laser”. I’ve also seen “máquina laser” and some other terms.
