I recently downloaded my new copy of LightBurn 1.7.06 and am running an xTool D1Pro 10W laser on it. After downloading the software, it quickly recognized my laser and today I decided I would give it a test run so I created a very simple file of nothing more than a 20x20mm square to be cut out of 3mm birch ply. The laser responds to Home, and Frame but when I press “start”, rather than cut the square out, the laser goes back to the “origin” and that’s all. Nothing more. The computer is a Windows machine with Windows 14. I also have LB downloaded on my iMac Sequoia desktop. I use the windows PC to run the laser.
