Laser doesn't work with absolute coordinates

Hello there

After the installation of the latest version 1.5.06, when I command the laser to engrave something with absolute coordinates (which is the method I always used since I bought the laser machine), I do the framing and after that the laser module goes back to home without firing and only the module’s fan works. The same happens without framing. The module just remains at home position without firing and only the fan works. I will upload the relevant videos.

The other problem has been occured is that the fire button in the move tab has been disappeared and not only there but also in the device settings menu where the fire button for enabling it, is missing. I’ve been always using for framing the laser spot and instead of that (after the latest version always), the red cross spot is used by the laser.

The good thing in all this matter is that the laser works normally with current position and user origin modes.

The laser machine I’m using is the Xtool d1 pro 10W.

Thank you very much for any help in advance.

Thaddeus

PS I’m trying to upload the videos but it doesn’t allow me. It says that the file I’m trying to upload is not authorized.

This one may be beyond my experience, but I will get the conversation started.

Create a small box. Select User Origin. Instead of Start, click on Save GCode. Save this one as Usr_Origin.txt first.

Now select Absolute Coords. Again, click on Save GCode. Save this one as Abs_Coords.txt this time.

Upload both (drag & drop into the Reply window) so we can examine the differences sent to the controller board.

Hello Mike,

Thank you very much for getting the conversation started.

The thing is that after a few minutes I had uploaded to the forum the problem I’ve been facing since the last update, occured the same problem in User origin and Current position modes. I didn’t know what to do, so I was turning on and off the laser machine and Lightburn having solved the problem just for one, two burnings and then the same again until now I’m writing to you.

Anyway. I’m uploading the two GCode files you asked for and may God help us.
