Laser dot enabled during framing

I had to reinstall my device configuration file and now my laser dot during framing is gone. I went to edit<<device Settings<<and enabled laser fire button and laser on when framing. Then went to the Move window and entered a value of 0.50% power. Closed everything, restarted and when framing…no laser dot. What did I miss? Thank You

Try increasing power.

I increased incrementally to 20.00 …nothing

OK, it’s not a software issue, I just did a test cut 250mm/m @ 90% power and it didn’t even mark the wood. So? A machine setting someplace?

What is your S-value in device settings?

3 the S setting is 3

I looked at my other machine and it was set at 1000, I set the TS2 to 1000 and everything seems to be working properly now.
