Laser doubling as it moves across the fill line

Help me!!!
working on my second go around on a game board im working on. Made 6 last week restarted again yesterday and all of my lines are extending or double cutting as it goes across the line. Wish I could describe it better.
FOR EXAMPLE this line SEE RULES ON BACK FOR DETAILS
see rules looks normal, on back for details looks like the words double burn on the board.
and it continues on the rest of the board. I have cleaned the laser glass, belts, rails, wheels desk, checked the program for double wording on lines. All the wording from the middle of the board to the right is doubled and blurred

If you turn off Bi-directional Fill, I am betting the problem goes away. What you have is backlash. You did not mention checking all the set screws on all the motor pulleys and couplings.

Check both X and Y because the “PHASE” at the top has a hint of it too.

As @MikeyH noted, this appears to be lost motion - typically caused by loose belts or a loose motion system.

Thank you gentleman, I ended up changing the X belt after cleaning out a bunch of dust and debri that was under it, then I did check the tightness of the wheels, which were good and found the X motor was also loose
