The laser will be in a room that is air-conditioned. If I vent the smoke outside, that will heat up the room during summer and cool it down during winter. This is obviously not good.
Wouldn’t it make sense to have an intake hose connected to the laser from the outside?
What would be the best placement for the intake hose? Maybe side panels?
It is necessary to provide the same amount of air into the room as you suck out. If you establish an air supply at the opposite end as extraction and you keep your machine closed during operation, you should get a closed and well-functioning system. If the air intake is large enough, it does not need to be equipped with a ventilation motor. The system should be balanced so that negative pressure does not occur in the laser machine.
