Laser fires when press test button but does not fire when run a file

I am using GRBL on esp32 board. I have pin 2 for pwm signal and pin 5 for spindle enable which i’m using for enabling laser. When i press the test fire button in lightburn it fires the laser and pin 2 and 5 shows the respective voltage. But when i run a file laser does not fire and only pin 2 have voltage on it and pin 5 stays low
