My laser machine fires up as soon as I turn the power on. Clicking on the fire button doesn’t make any change, and unplugging the USB doesn’t stop it either.
When I start a job it keeps leaving marks on the white space because it does not stop firing.
Please, if anyone can help I don’t know much about the technology.
Assuming the machine had been working previously, the high voltage power supply for the laser tube has failed.
If it’s a new-ish machine, get the warranty claim started right away!
If you must buy a replacement supply, they are reasonably cheap and readily available. Buying from a reputable source should get you a better quality unit, although that’s not a guarantee.
