Laser Framing Works on One Computer, Not on the Other

I am running Lightburn on Windows 11 with two different computers, with a Cloudray 60W Fiber Laser. At one point, the red light framing worked with both setups. Then, the framing on “Computer 1” stopped working one day. I was not using the computer at the time so I have no idea if an employee accidentally changed something, or what might have caused it.

Framing does still work on “Computer 2”. I have reinstalled Lightburn on Computer 1 several times, loaded the original markcfg7 file from the factory, and compared all settings against Computer 2 and have not been able to find the problem. I know that the Red Dot port is a common suggested fix for this, but Computer 2 is framing with “None” selected for Red Dot port, and Computer 1 has the same settings. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried exporting a user bundle from the working machine to the second computer?

Perhaps if you import the working configuration.
