While working with Laser, it suddenly starts moving/vibrating(back and forth) irespective of the command given to it.
Perhaps one or more of:
- Mechanical interference with smooth motion
- Loose screw in the axis drive train
- Too-high acceleration or speed configuration
- Failing 24 V power supply
Most likely, it’s:
- A mechanical problem like a drag chain getting snagged
- A cable snagging on a screw
- A completely loose shaft / pulley coupling
Without more details, it’s hard to be more specific.
While working with the laser system, it suddenly started moving or vibrating back and forth irrespective of the commands given. It also got stuck at one point and began vibrating. This issue has been occurring repeatedly since last week.
