Laser head only move to upper right hand corner

I had a flame detection and I got the ortur running again. I reset the laser to return home in the lower left corner and have Absolute coords set. The laser returns home ok. When try to run a job the laser travels to the upper right hand corner every time. The laser acts like it does not know where the work area is. I get the below message
[MSG: Flame detector active,Ambient infrared value:4092]

Grbl 1.1f [‘$’ for help]

[MSG:‘$H’|‘$X’ to unlock]

error:9

G-code locked out during alarm or jog state.

I’m going to guess you have an inadvertent offset configured.

Can you home and then run these commands in Console. Please return results:

$I
$#
?

$I said ok, $# said ok

I would expect much more output from those commands. Can you run them again including the ??

Then please capture the full output and paste here.

This is likely the cause of your issues. You have an unusual offset configured.

Some of these issues have been addressed with the latest firmware. I suggest you update and retest. You may need to reset your configuration post firmware update by issuing $RST=* in Console but suggest you first update your firmware.

Ortur – Firmware Repository – Ortur

I got my firmware updatad and it appeart to be working. Thank you so much for your help! If I have any other problems, I will let you know.

Thank you sooo much.
