This is my first time using a laser engraver. I have a Longer Ray5 10W. When running my first program, the software is trying to send the head outside of the boundaries of the frame. We are talking a lot. Doing a preview, it shows a cut path of 1984mm. The frame only has a 410X410mm area.
What is the work size defined in Edit->Device Settings?
Can you take a screenshot there?
