Hello! I really could use some help! During the past month or so my laser is cutting through designs and/or off track from the design. The design looks fine on the computer but on the laser screen and cut screen it is off. I have included the photos.
This looks like a communication issue of some kind. How are you connected to the laser?
If on USB try changing USB ports and/or cable. Alternatively, if you can connect through ethernet that might be a more reliable option.
If this is happening very regularly, try saving the RD file to USB and transfer the file to controller. If this eliminates the issue then again, likely a communication issue.
Agree that it may be a communication file. I am connected through the blue USB cable that came with the Boss Laser. Tried the different ports but I do not have an ethernet port on my laptop. However, we do have a USB to ethernet converter to try tomorrow.
This happens regularly, especially with more detailed designs. We try the USB to transfer file to see if communication issue.
