Hi there i have two thunder lasers( a big one and small one) that have decided to start not cutting through materials like it usually does. The machines are clean, to the right height, and the setting have not been changed. the software is fully up to date.

Hi Hannah, you should start a systematic troubleshooting.
Check whether the conditions necessary to be able to use the laser “normally” are met.
When you write that your laser does not cut through material anymore, I assume that your optical alignment is no longer correct.
Are the mirrors and your lens clean? Have you checked whether your alignment still correct?
This is where I start troubleshooting.
It’s either that or it’s gone out of TEM00 resonance.
