Laser is Port 3, but Lightburn can't find it. It only sees Port 2

Perhaps yoink the Wainlux into the parallel thread:

Lightburn can't find Wainlux L8

I have a Wainlux L8 20W. I have downloaded all drivers for laser and installed them (as far as I know). When trying to set up laser on Lightburn, it will not find it and it is not in the list. I am 4 days into the trial and have not been able to use it, and I am getting really frustrated. Please anyone that can give me advice or a step by step for this would be great.
