@berainlb @jkwilborn you are both right, the interface adapter, as you can see, can be connected in 3 ways, A, B or C if you see the 3rd picture of the link i posted before i think is clear enough.
In A power come from external PSU and only common and signal has to arrive from the controller
In B and C all the 3 wires can arrive from the controller.
He has only to put the correct wire in the correct position in the controller.
Now for me the question is, is he skilled enough? btw we gave him a lot of infos.

Problem solwed. Thank you all.
It was the wires between controll board and the other board. TTL was on 12v and 12V was on TTL.
Conector was made this way that i had to modifie conector that it could fit.
