Laser issues still exist on this POS waste of money

In the last 5 days i have received No help nor have i gotten anyone to answer my calls. The issue i have with the laser not coming on still exists after 5 days of re downloading the software that was suppose to come with the equipment but the files were all in Chinese and un readable. Thanks for not helping with my issues, i am repackaging and sending back and will buy from a company that has a customer service INSIDE the US

Judging from the console messages, I’m inclined to agree that your firmware may be borked. The firmware is available here: CR-Laser Falcon Laser Engraver Software& Firmware Download - Creality 3D

However the lack of any sort of guidance documentation is disturbing. I would reach out to Creality.

Did you remove the TF card to activate the USB connection?
