As a simple test, change all the power setting(s) to 1% and run the same job.
If it runs correctly, then the problem involves the laser power supply or its wiring.
If it continues to fail, then @bernd.dk likely has the answer.
In either case, copy-and-paste here any Console window text showing any error messages or a restart while running. Either of those will help diagnose the problem.
