Laser Master 2 S2 // Need help correcting settings

Ok I seem to be having all kinds of issues with my system after installing a new motherboard provided by Ortur. I have been trying to figure out if perhaps my setting got scrambled and need to be reset.

  1. Motherboard - yes i have the latest firmware version, double checked with ortur online support, they walked me through the entire process.
  2. USB cable - I changed out the Ortur USB cable with newer cable, I have a three foot and a five foot cable.
  3. Power unit - I have replaced the ortur provided 24 volt unit with a new 24volt unit.

Issues:
a. When burning a simple logo, the laser stops mid way through the process, anything longer than 6 minutes it will stop. Tried increasing the power to 90% speed at 3000 and still the same thing happens.

b. When using offset fill, the process time hangs up and basically stops running. Not able to run anything using the offset fill option, line or fill only. Even when using fill, I have the seperate all images into different layers just to control and prevent the system from stopping.

My settings:

ok

you need @OrturTech

Set the power for Zero 0% and attempt the job. If the power supply is marginal you may find that the job completes if the laser isn’t powered.
