included pics of workspace file, preview and actual work
i have tried various setting to slow down speed, raise laser power without much difference.
it seems like it is mainly missing on tight/small corners
any suggestions???

CO2 lasers have a minimum firing threshold, below which they shut off completely. GRBL, using “variable power” mode (M4, used by default in LightBurn) will drop the power to zero if the controller comes to a dead stop. Increasing your acceleration values will help reduce this.
