Laser movement not accurate in GRBL

I have a yorahome silverback. I installed the laser on it and it doesn’t move to same area that I have it setup on the working grid. I have the working area as 24"x24". when I make a square or any shape. Put directly in the center, (12x12). it doesn’t come close. It moves about 6"x4". The square or circle are cut to the proper size, but the movement is way off. Can someone tell me what I can do to remedy this. Thanks

Laser only moves to top right corner

I’m having a problem with my absolute coordinates. So I have a Yorahome Silverback 6060 and I’m using Lightburn. My homing point is the bottom left corner. If I type in hello I’m the project area select it and tell the laser to go to that point it will only go to the far right corner. No matter where I move my project it always goes to the top right corner. I’m at a loss.
