Laser non taglia

Sto avendo un problema con la mia sculpfun S30 Pro Max con laser 20 W (specifico che sono un novizio), fino a stamattina la macchina tagliava ma le impostazioni sono cambiate senza toccarle, adesso sto provando a tagliare del compensato di pioppo spesso 2mm con queste impostazioni:

Le linee escono molto sottili e il legno viene solo rigato, ho provato anche a pulire il laser e centrarlo ma niente ha funzionato

You are using mm/sec as units. You can’t cut using such a fast speed (at least not in that number of passes). Either change this to 10mm/s or switch LightBurn to mm/min as units (highly recommended) and use a speed around 600mm/min.
Additionally, turn off perforation settings.
