Laser not cutting whole shape

Hi all,
This might be a dumb question, but how do I make it so that Lightburn will cut out the whole shape and not leave little gaps as shown here in the picture:

try to check your perforation settings, if they are at 0 you have to send the file up here so we can look at it

are the tabs turned on and set to auto?
