Hi, I have had a Chinese K40 for about 10 years, doing about 3,000 hours. It still engraves well but won’t cut so I recently purchased an Omtech 40+ CO2 laser. I am using Lightburn, It runs my project but without engraving or cutting. I have used the acrylic focal length stick to get 50mm, the test button works and registers 19milliamp on pressing but all though it runs through my project on run, it doesn’t register any milliamps and hence doesn’t cut or engrave. I have all the green buttons on in the cut layers in Lightburn and it runs all the paths perfectly but won’t cut or engrave. Any Ideas, I don’t want to go back to my old machine.
