Laser not firing for my Yora 6550

I updated my Lightburn to the latest version (1.3.01) but now the laser will not fire. There is a blue light present and it turns on and off based on a file I loaded along with when I select the FIRE button along with trying the Material Test in the Laser Tools section. But it will still not burn the wood. On my file that worked with the old version of software, my speed is set to 1000mm/min with a power of 90%. I verified that the S-value and the $30 values matched and that $32=1.

To clarify- you are able to see a blue light from your laser using the Material Test, or running a job, but aren’t able to mark wood with any of these? Or is the Material Test marking the wood, but running a job will not?

If it’s not marking in either case, double check that your laser is properly focused. If you’ve had your laser for a while, it may have lost power over time, or be due for a cleaning. You can learn a little more about this here:

Yes I can see the blue like from the laser when running a project, material test and also when using the fire button. I cleaned the laser (which was not dirty at all) by following the same video that you referenced prior to submitting this post. I also verified that the laser was focused properly by using the test cylinder provided by YoraHome. Please note that I purchased this laser last year and burned (4) Power/Speed charts and 5 small tags so it is hard to believe that the laser is bad. When I finally was able to use it again I found out that the Lightburn license had expired and that is when we updated the software. Any other assistance would be greatly appreciated.
