Laser not firing while Framing or when Fire button pressed

Hi I can not get my laser to fire while framing or when fire button is pressed, there is also an issue with laser not firing when start button pushed, have to home and push start again then laser starts working on the job.

  1. laser on when framing is activated
  2. Fire button activated % power is 2.75%
  3. Laser is Zbaitu 22w have replaced Main controller board, wire loom, power supply laser unit control board or supplied by Zbaitu. Issue still unresolved.

Does the laser fans and activity LEd turn on?

have you tested for PWM signal and power at the connector at the nearest point of the Laser module

Also, did the module work before then stoped working?

Fans Led and activity all tun on, laser moves to project work area to frame and completes just no laser beam. All cables tested ok and were replaced from Zbaitu.

Yes all worked fine previously, only noticed after a Lightburn upgrade several months ago. Have updated versions since as they become available, but no change to this issue? 1.5.03 now
