Laser not marking all I get is a red dot and red lines where it should be cutting

Okay, making this simple to hopefully get some answers please.
When I frame a square to fill I can see it as normal then I hit start in light burn and it just shows a red dot/ line moving where it should be engraving / cutting. I have made sure the focus is correct. Can anyone help me get my laser back to normal please!!!

you have your public profile set to “hidden”, so we cannot see your info on your laser

From what I could understand, I would say you have the layer settings set to “Line” for cut instead of “Fill” for engrave.
