I have de ortur master 2 pro S2.
Lightburn does not recognized my laser. What can I do, I already installed the firmware, but still the same. i am using windows 8 32 bit
Firstly, you are in the OS Specific thread, but you did not tell us what OS you have.
I expect the issue is related to driver files. Did you install the driver software that came with your Ortur?

i do not have the drivers
