Laser not responding properly/Unable to home/Frame

Ok, please bear with me here. I am fresh as fresh comes with this and all was going so great last night when I set it all up I was so stoked…to wake up this morning, turn everything on and BAM issues.

I am trying to frame my laser for proper blank placement on the board/plate. This worked fine last night. I did go in and change one setting from default last night and that was “Add Fire Button” so I could see where my laser is. Other than that everything should be default. This morning I turned on my laser and Lightburn was already running. I started a new project (just some generic text to be able to keep learning this) and now when I hit home it went to the bottom left once but now it doesnt go “Home” any more. I hear the fan kick on so it’s talking to the laser. I try to use frame and it would just like click, but not frame (framing worked last night). When I hit frame a second time, a timer begins to count up in the LASER control box on the bottom right of my program (I will attached a screen shot once I figure out how). In my CONSOLE control box I am getting errors and code like text I don’t understand. Can anyone help? This all worked last night for a small test burn and the only issue was I had almost like a double image. I was going to work on figuring out how to tighten up the lettering so I can make my final project. Any help is appreciated thanks!!

I am running an Ender 3D Pro with a CV Laser Module
Windows 11 Pro on desktop

CONSOLE box shows
